Organizing for Success at individual level by Alok Mohan

Getting organized pays us handsome rewards.
We must avoid drowning in a sea of official procedure & increase our output with efficient systems & focus on information flow. Disorganization costs time, money, disturbance and perhaps our health too. What we need is the inspiration to modify the accessible tools and methods.  Getting organized pays us handsome rewards. As we are aware that a messy and a chaotic desk always contributes to loss of control, lack of focus, incomplete work, lost information and missed deadlines. The only cure to get out from such situations is that we should
“Be wise & organize” and the fact of organizing is we need to file it, action it, calendar it and last but not the least trim it.
To find a place for all your credentials is one thing but in reality find them, literally in seconds, when you need them is more vital. As an individual, you must have a “System”, a  time-tested filing system and you see you become  Paper Tiger and become an invaluable part of the association, where you are serving.
Any Community in quest of success at organization level must have a lucid vision. It is not essential for each individual to be a visionary leader and make a difference in a community. All that is necessary is that each individual should have a wish to focus his energy to achieve success, while the visionary leaders may recognize visioning efforts of each individual and design suitable visioning procedure and formulate Vision statement and common values so as to achieve community Goals.
Having Positive attitude is a stepping stone towards Success. Success angel blesses those people, who have positive attitude and hand over a priceless contribution called “ACHIEVEMENT”.
