Alok Mohan Karnataka ADGP

Mr. Alok Mohan is an Indian Police Service (IPS) Officer of Karnataka State. He was from 1987 Batch of the Karnataka Cadre. He is presently working in as the Additional Director General of Police responsible for Law and Order for the province of Karnataka and heads the law requirement hardware for the Karnataka State Police. He has over 30 years of Senior Management involvement with the State, National and International Levels.
He is a beneficiary of the esteemed President of India Police Medals for Distinguished Services and also for Meritorious Services. He has additionally been granted with the renowned United Nations Medal while filling in as a Commander for the International Police Task Force (IPTF) in the United Nations Peace Keeping Operations in the Bosnia– Herzgovina.
He holds three Masters Degrees and is a graduated class of the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, USA, Lee Kuan Yew (LKY) School of Public Policy, Singapore University, Singapore, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi and Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee.
